Balinese Outdoor Wood Face Mask 37"

This wood mask is a one of a kind mask, hand carved by the artists of Indonesia.

Special Features: This medium sized sculpture is carved from the trunk of a palm tree. The large bulb on the head of the carving is actually the bottom of the palm as it emerges from the ground.

The face has large broad nose and a closed mouth. The figure is wearing a head-band carved around his face with vines coming out the top.

If a light is placed behind the statue light would come out of the mouth giving a nice visual effect.

Care: The piece is extremely durable. It can be left outside in both extreme cold and extreme hot and humid temperatures. It is also versatile in that you can either stand it up or hang it on a wall. It will help give any environment a natural, exotic, tribal atmosphere.

Hanging Instructions: A wire can be affixed to the back of the piece so it can be securely hung on a solid wall.
