Lotus Mask Packing & Shipping Information

Most masks and statues will be shipped out within 24 hours of the order if ordered before 12 noon EST Monday through Friday. Lotus Masks uses UPS Ground to ship products weighing up to 90 pounds. Exceptions to the rule are larger masks or statues that need a crate or extra packaging to ensure they arrive safely. We do not ship on weekends.

Packing

We take utmost care in shipping and packing each mask. It is so important to us that each mask arrives whole and undamaged. We use corrugated cardboard boxes for all UPS deliveries. For all freight deliveries, a wooden box is built to fit that individual sculptures' dimensions. We use a professional foam packing system so that each piece has the best chance of arriving in perfect condition. The foam injection system by Instapak makes a perfect foam mold of each statue while inside the box it will be shipped in. This ensures that the statue is completely protected and will not move during shipping and most importantly arrive safely to your door step. Handling and packaging are included in the shipping price for both UPS and Freight delivery charges.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout by the total size and weight of the items being shipped and by the distance from our store in Greenwich, Connecticut. UPS standard ground shipping takes 2-7 days for delivery. We offer next day, 2 day, and 3 day air service from UPS. UPS does not deliver on Saturday unless specified in the "Special Instructions for Shipping" box during checkout. $12.50 will be manually added to your order for Saturday deliveries. If your order requires any special needs please make your request in the "Special Instructions for Shipping" box within the shipping instructions section of checkout. Someone will contact you to accommodate your request. There will be a surcharge that will be added to the shipment on statues sent to Alaska and Puerto Rico. For International Shipping please reference our international shipping section>>> For shipments over 150 pounds, we use a white glove, freight ground service; ABF Shipping. Insurance Lotus Masks packs each mask with care, and ships each package with full insurance. Tracking Numbers After your order and the pieces has been picked up by either UPS or ABF shipping we will email you the UPS or ABF tracking number to your email address to track your shipment's journey to your home.

Pick up

If you would like to pick up your order in our warehouse in Greenwich, Connecticut location select the Pick Up option in the drop down menu in the shipping section of the checkout. Lotus Masks is located at 46 Milbank Avenue, Greenwich, CT 06830. Lotus Masks will contact you after you have purchased your item to arrange a pick up time and date.

Damage

We take utmost care to insure that your mask is not damaged in shipping by packing each piece with care. However, no matter how perfectly a mask or sculpture is packed the journey from our warehouse to your home is out of our hands. If a sculpture has been damaged in shipping please notify Lotus Masks within 48 hours so that the proper insurance measures can be taken. Be sure to keep all of the packaging materials which will be needed for inspection by the shipping company. Again, we take utmost care to make sure that any damage does not happen in the first place. In the event of a piece arriving damaged Lotus Masks will pay for the return shipping and you will not be charged any service charges.
