Ordering for International Customers
If you are an international customer you may proceed through our regular checkout or call in your order 1-203-554-2385. Please email info@lotusmasks.com or call us 1-203-554-2385 to receive a shipping quote prior to placing your order. Please include the item numbers for the products you are interested in purchasing.
Lotus Masks prefers to use TNT International, the US Postal Service or UPS Standard to Canada and will send the two least expensive option for the customer to choose from. We can also use any service of the client's choosing if requested.
International Shipping Charges
Please be advised that the shipping charges will not be included. The exact costs for international shipments will be sent to you via e-mail. Only after you approve the added shipping charges is your credit card charged and the mask is sent. We prefer to use TNT International shipping because they are relatively inexpensive and the most dependable option. Another option is the US Postal Service priority international (6-10 days). The prices are usually about the same as TNT but in our opinion TNT is a better service.
Canadian Orders
Lotus Masks prefers to use the US Postal Service or UPS Standard to Canada and will send the two least expensive options for the customer to choose from. We can also use any service of the client's choosing if requested. Please go through regular online checkout. The actual shipping charges will be emailed to you after the order is placed for your approval.
International Shipping Promotions
There may be times when Lotus Masks is offering a shipping promotion within the continental United States or "Free UPS Ground Shipping". During these sales, as an international client, you may receive an automatically generated invoice after placing an order that states your shipping is free. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to our international clients because the costs vary and are unpredictable. In these cases you will receive another email from us that quotes our least expensive and most reliable shipping option for your approval. Customs and Duties
There may be duties or taxes importing a Lotus Masks into your country. Please check with your local government to determine the duties as they vary country to country.
