Returns Lotus Masks will accept returns on any purchases within 15 days for money back, exchange or credit. No questions asked! The shipping charges are refunded on returns that are the fault of Lotus Masks. We do not refund shipping charges if the customer simply does not like the item. A 5% restocking fee is applied to returns. The fee is waived if Lotus Masks is at fault. The item must be sent back fully insured and postage paid to Lotus Masks, 397 Trimtown Rd. Scituate, RI 02857. Please contact us at 1 (203) 554-2385 before returning the item.

. We also accept personal checks, money orders and bank wires. The money must first clear before the item is shipped.
Bill Me Later: You can also elect to have Lotus Masks Bill you later for payment. Lotus Masks can then set up a payment plan for you to make regular payments to buy any item. No credit card information is necessary for the Bill me Later option. Just call (203) 554-2385 or email us at email@example.com to initiate this procedure.
Purchase Orders: In order for an item to be shipped out we must be paid in full. We do not ship using only a purchase order unless previous arrangements have been made.
Sales and Coupons: Lotus Masks can only honor one sale or coupon at one time. During a sale the customer cannot use an additional discount coupon. Free shipping coupons will be honored.
Reserving an Item: All our items are one of a kind. Once a piece is sold it is usually gone forever. If you are interested in buying a piece but do not want someone else to buy it while you thinking about the purchase you can reserve the item for up to 2 weeks. We will request that a deposit is made to hold your item for those 2 weeks. Please contact us, firstname.lastname@example.org, about RESERVING an item.
Deposits: We are happy to reserve an item for you for up to two weeks by placing a refundable deposit on the desired item(s). If after two weeks the balance is not paid off by the customer then the deposit becomes a store credit and the item will be made available to the public. Layaway: We do accept layaway orders where the item can be paid off on a monthly basis. Payments made towards layaway orders become store credit and cannot be refunded after two weeks. Please contact us, firstname.lastname@example.org, about discussing terms that will allow you to purchase an item on layaway.
Store Credit: Store credit can be used to purchase any item in the online store and cannot be traded in for cash.
